Police arrested Narkle on December 27 after he was stopped at 12.10am while walking along Princess Road in Balga and found with a bag of cannabis concealed in his shoe.

The court heard he was using amphetamines at the time of the offences and magistrate Steven Heath urged him to get his drug use “under control”.

Narkle was fined $800 for the offences, court costs of $118.50 and $850 to be paid to the victim for the sunglasses and damage to their car.
