Police arrest four men over alleged home burglaries

POLICE have arrested four men suspected of committing home burglaries in Wattle Avenue, Dalkeith, on January 24 and St Martins Close, Churchlands, on January 29.

Officers spotted a white Holden Commodore on January 30 and allege three of the men broke in to a home on Turnstone Road in Stirling.

They searched the car and a property on Morris Road, Innaloo, where Scarborough Police Senior Sergeant Craig Wanstall said they found items linked to the burglaries.

The trio and a fourth man were arrested and charged with aggravated burglary.

Sgt Wanstall said in each incident one of the males kicked in the front door then left before returning about 10 minutes later with accomplices.

He said the accused fled without stealing anything from the Churchlands home after a neighbour activated their house alarm.

Darren Felsinger, a 53-year-old Innaloo man, will face court on February 11 and 21-year-old Steven Whitby, from Maylands, will on appear on February 13.

Innaloo man Teio Anderson (20) has been remanded in custody and will next appear in court on February 18.

Jarrod Michael Woods (20), of Bayswater, appeared in court on one aggravated burglary charge on February 5 and was released on bail subject to curfew until his next court date on March 4.
