Police hunting Perth jewellery thief

POLICE are investigating the theft of a $10,000 necklace from an Innaloo jewellery store.

A man allegedly stole the yellow gold 55cm curb chain necklace from Michael Hill Jewellers at Westfield Innaloo Shopping on Monday at 3.40pm.

Police believe a staff member was showing the man the necklace when he grabbed it out of her hands and ran from the store.
