Police investigate after child on tricycle hit by car in Stirling

TRAFFIC Enforcement Group officers have called for witnesses to a crash in which a four-year-old was hit by a car on Salverno Avenue in Stirling yesterday.

The child was riding a tricycle out of the driveway of a home at 6.50pm last night.

He rode out onto the road and was hit by a grey Volkswagen Golf travelling along the road at slow speed.

He received minor injuries and was transported to Princess Margaret Hospital.

The female driver of the car was not injured.
