Police investigating Tuart Hill shooting

POLICE are investigating a Tuart Hill shooting that left a man with a wounded leg.

The incident occurred overnight at a residence in Huckle Street just before 3am.

The 33-year-old man attended the house during which he was involved in an altercation with the occupants.

He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with a leg wound and his injuries are not considered life threatening.

A police spokeswoman said the offender was still at large.

“Police spoke to a number of people at the address overnight, however the offender has not been identified,” she said.
