RECENTLY bereaved people are wanted for a research study.
Sandra Malcolm is studying a counselling and psychotherapy postgraduate course at Edith Cowan University and conducting an approved study to find whether there is a community need for a bereavement support group for older people.
“I am looking for people over 50 years of age who have been recently bereaved, more than 6 months and less than three years, who will volunteer to talk with me about their bereavement experience and whether a bereavement support group would interest them,” she said.
