Scarborough: Deanmore Primary School wins problem solving award

A TEAM of Deanmore Primary School students have been recognised in a State competition.

Four teams from the Scarborough school competed in the Opti-Minds WA Creative Sustainability Challenge.

A group of years 5 and 6 students won the Alec Pascoe Spirit of Opti-Minds award, which recognised the students that best represented the spirit of the challenge.

They were up against more than 100 teams from other Perth schools in the creative problem solving competition.
