WORKERS have been busy erecting the northern walls of the Roselea Village Shopping Centre development in Balcatta.
The future centre, at the corner of Karrinyup Road and Grindleford Drive, will comprise a Woolworths supermarket, BWS liquor store, nine smaller shop tenancies, 318 parking bays and 40 bike bays.
A residential development, Mosaic Balcatta, is being built north of the shopping centre.
