A SECOND digital billboard is proposed for the Mitchell Freeway.
International outdoor advertising company JCDecaux wants to suspend a billboard from the Hutton Street overpass in Osborne Park.
The sign will be visible to drivers travelling north and the proposal said it would primarily be used for commercial advertising but could potentially be used for traffic safety messages.

READ NOWThe Mitchell Freeway’s first advertising billboard was installed in Greenwood late last year targeting southbound drivers.
At the time, Main Roads said it was one of eight planned, with at least one to come in 2019.
A report accompanying the application said Main Roads gave preliminary support for the Hutton Street sign.
The report said the billboard would “enhance the role and function of one of Perth’s major roadways” and “contribute to the overall sense of place”.
The City of Stirling is seeking feedback on the plan here until June 25.
