Stroke victim in good voice

But with the support of wife Verna and the Osborne Park Hospital stroke rehabilitation team, the 82-year-old has found his voice.

‘He had a very severe stroke which left him absolutely speechless ” physically he wasn’t too bad but he just couldn’t talk,’ Verna said.

‘He was in church. It was just about to start and he just dropped. He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital but they transferred him to Osborne Park.
