The Great Moscow Circus teams up with Stirling charity

THE Great Moscow Circus is putting smiles on children’s faces in more ways than usual with its upcoming Stirling show.

The well-known circus is rolling into Stirling next week to present its Extreme show, promising acts including high wire performers and daredevil motorcyclists to keep the audience on the edge of their seats.

It has teamed up to help children with type 1 diabetes by providing free tickets to the Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre in Stirling to sell at discounted prices.

Operations and family events co-ordinator Bree Zuchetti said they were grateful for the support and hoped to raise at least $5000 from the collaboration, which has seen it receive about 50 tickets for each of the circus’ Perth locations.

Circus director Mark Edgley was keen to support the centre and said it was the first time the show had visited Stirling.

Shows run from February 21 to March 3.

For tickets, call the family centre on 9446 6446 or visit www.thegreatmoscowcircus.com.au.
