Weapons and drugs seized in Scarborough raid

POLICE have allegedly seized drugs and a BB gun in a raid on a Scarborough home.

A man and woman are facing a raft of charges after the raid on their Stanley Street property on July 16.

Police say they found allegedly stolen property, drugs, steroids, drug paraphernalia and controlled weapons including a BB gun with associated metal pellets and magazine.

A 37-year-old woman has been charged with unlawful possession and fraud, while a 31-year-old man was charged with possession of a controlled weapon, paraphernalia and prohibited and prescription drugs, and stealing.
