Buyers can make an offer on the West Coast Drive property on the corner of Bennion Street, which is under lease to popular cafe Yelo.
The prominent spot previously housed Bennion Street Cafe and Cleggy’s Bait and Tackle.
Peard Real Estate Hillarys agent Jeff Coghill said he remembered spending time there when he was young when it was the the Trigg Island Store.

He stressed the site was still leased to Yelo and would continue under the new ownership, but believed it would appeal to “all sorts of buyers”.
“There’s so many different options but they’re all subject to council approval,” he said.
