A WEMBLEY mum who runs a coaching business to help likeminded women excel in their chosen fields has been nominated in the 2016 AusMumpreneur Award People’s Choice Service Business Award category.

Lanna Hill, who balances her time between running her coaching business One Small Step and raising her two-year-old daughter Addison, has been recognised for achieving outstanding business success with the nomination in the national awards to be held next month in Melbourne.

Mrs Hill, who spent 10 years in the corporate world implementing programs to help grow client’s businesses, improve sales and increase profit margins, launched One Small Step in Novemberafter noticing a gap in the business coaching market.

“I know from experience the obstacles we face as mums in business and with this insight I’ve found creating short-term, task specific packages for mums and small business owners has been the most effective way to help them reach their goals as a business coach,” she said.

“I develop dynamic business plans and strategies for clients that will have a real impact and are tailored to meet their unique challenges.”

Ms Hill said her work with One Small Step brought her a great deal of satisfaction and winning the award would be a huge honour.

Winners will be announced at the Crown Casino in Melbourne on August 14.
