A DOUBLEVIEW woman is facing court over an alleged assault of a police officer.
An Innaloo resident called Scarborough Police on July 10 when a woman known to her was trying to break into her house.
The offender ran from police when they attended but was apprehended by officers.
During the arrest, police allege the woman spat at and kicked an officer.
