Ms Baggott said the seven-member team was focused on preparing for the championships, which they finished as runners up in last year.

“I expect we will do very well in the competition, this means that provided we execute our performances exactly as we’ve trained them, then I will be happy no matter what the outcome,” she said.

“Placing in the top three teams is just a bonus of having done your best performance of the season.”

The team is also recruiting new members for the 2018-19 season; call 0418 928 724 or email laurine@tasocs.com.au.
