I WISH to draw attention to all drivers in North Beach to be careful when trying to make a right-hand turn from Kitchener Street into North Beach Road.
On Thursday, I almost hit a cyclist who suddenly appeared from behind the newly erected very large signpost for the new Charles Riley Reserve.
This sign is 10-12 metres from the corner, creating a traffic hazard by limiting what you see approaching on the right. How was this approved, and I shudder to imagine what could happen if a child dashed across the road into oncoming traffic.
City of Stirling – please move this sign further down the hill to a less hazardous location.
