HOW long will Stirling council allow the dumping of rubbish on vacant land on the corner of Bowra Avenue and Ewen Street to continue?

It has been an eyesore for years.

It is a fire hazard right next to a petrol station. Rubbish blows up Ewen Street.

More and more rubbish left outside charity bins only adds to the problem.
