Many single parents and sole carers like me rely on kind and helpful neighbours to do small tasks around the home and garden. We cannot further impose by asking them to do tip runs or arrange for trailers.
Stirling has many single parents, carers and older citizens who rely on the kindness of their neighbours, and the verge collections of four per year are necessary to maintain the balance of goodwill and responsibility between ratepayers and the council.
