IT is great to have the coast road open all the way to Burns Beach. However, I have noticed there are at least 10 roundabouts north of Hepburn Avenue, and none to the south before North Beach Road, in the City of Stirling.

What is the difference?

I also note it was found necessary to reduce the 80 km/h speed limit on Reid Highway to 70km/h at traffic lights.
