CONSTRUCTION has started on the four-storey La Luna apartment development on Cedric Street in Stirling.

The bespoke, mixed-used complex will include commercial premises on the ground floor and part of the first floor and 32 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

La Luna also offers buyers a chance to customise their residence to their own style and tastes.

They can choose colours, make modifications where possible to window sizes and changes to internal layouts as long as it does not interfere with structure and other apartments. This will be possible only before construction is complete.

The homes will also have high quality fittings and fixtures, including engineered stone benchtops and hand-made Italian Ilve appliances.

La Luna will include an open-air communal rooftop area with barbecue facilities and parkland views.

Residents will be able to take advantage of the convenient location, with Stirling Village on the doorstep and a short stroll from public transport.

Parks, schools, and major shopping centres are within easy reach, as is access to the freeway and the CBD, and it is a short drive to the beach.

An Italian restaurant has already secured ground-floor premises, also offering residents the option for easy dining if they do not feel like cooking.

Prices start from $349,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, $499,000 for a two-bedroom home and $730,000 for a three-bedroom residence. Construction is expected to be complete in 12 months.

Visit or the display office at 18 Sanderling Street, Stirling, Saturdays and Sundays between 1pm and 2pm.
