Owners Gerald and Rachel said the home was built in 2005-06 and since moving in, they had made only a few updates.

“We put in a few bits and pieces to make it even more awesome, including ceiling insulation, ducted airconditioning, curtains and blinds, Blum drawers in the kitchen, a few fruit trees, native garden and in 2015 we converted the under-stairs broom cupboard into a 500-bottle, insulated, airconditioned wine cellar,” they said.

The home has the living areas on the second level to make use of the fantastic east views towards the city from the open-plan living and dining and well-appointed kitchen with stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and walk-in pantry.

“One of our favourite parts of the home is the balcony with the streetlights twinkling like stars at night and birds chirping in the morning,” they said.

“We love entertaining here with a barbecue with friends, watching the colours from the sunset.”

On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite and lush carpet, which is also in bedrooms two and three, which are both double-sized.

The family bathroom features a separate bath and shower and the laundry and double garage have plenty of storage space.

A lovely courtyard completes the home with wisteria, jasmine and a water feature.

“Nearby cafe Little Sisto offers great coffee and you are always bumping into friends from the area,” the owners said.

“It is a quick commute to the city, the home is minutes from the beach and is very close to Karrinyup shopping centre.”
