SEVERAL local agents and agencies were victorious at the reiwa.com Awards Ball.
Held at Crown Perth on Saturday night, the 1920s-themed event honoured the top performers of 2017-18.
North Beach agency Realty Lane’s director Daniel Gonzalez was named top team by value sold, selling 119 properties with a total value of $132,182,000 in the awards period.

READ NOWMr Gonzalez has had an impressive and rapid rise to the top, winning sales awards each year since starting his career a few years ago and opening his own business in 2017 while maintaining his sales achievements.
He said the win was a dream come true.
“We aimed for the stars and are humbled, grateful and honored for the outcome achieved,” he said.
“We are proud to see that our hard work, dedication and commitment to our clients has been recognized, but most importantly, we would like to thank our clients for allowing us to be a part of their journey, as they have been instrumental in ours.
“We are very excited to see what the next 12 months have in store for Realty Lane.”
Realmark Coastal was joint winner of the award for top office by auction listings sold with Caporn Young Estate Agents.
Reiwa chief executive Neville Pozzi said the awards recognised WA’s top selling agents and agencies.
“WA has some of the best and brightest real estate professionals in the country,” he said.
