Two WA agents named among Australia’s top 100

REB has released its list of the Top 100 Agents for 2019 with two WA agents recognised among Australia’s best.

North Beach agent Daniel Gonzalez was WA’s highest ranked representative.

The Realty Lane director placed 31, a huge increase from his ranking of 78 in 2018, which was also his first appearance on the Top 100 list.

In the reporting period he sold 101 properties for a total value over $116 million and average sale price of $1,149,401.

WA was also represented by Harcourts Applecross sales director Eric Hartanto, who was new to the list this year and ranked 84th.

He sold 64 properties with a total value over $74 million and an average sale price of $1,158, 233.\

Agents across Australia nominate for the Top 100 list each year and their rankings are based on a number of factors including the number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold and the average sale value for the reporting period.
