Inglewood Little Athletics to get new storage facility

Kate LeaverStirling Times

INGLEWOOD Little Athletics will get a new storage facility from the City of Stirling.

Councillor Terry Tyzack put forward a notice of motion at Tuesday’s council meeting to deliver the project at a cost of $70,000.

“This will ensure the proposed store is fit for purpose and not designed around a budget allowance,” Cr Tyzack said.

Previously the club only had a 48 metre squared space for storage which did not meet their needs according to the council report.

The City will prepare a report into the proposal to be considered at a December 6 council meeting.
