As the Scarborough Beach foreshore redevelopment draws near to completion, you can sense the excitement and anticipation surrounding the beachfront skate facility.

Laird Hamilton is a name synonymous with big wave riding around the world and has a new biographical movie hitting the big screen this month called Take Every Wave.The movie takes an in depth look at Laird’s lifelong devotion and commitment to big wave riding and what it takes to be a surfing athlete.
