Soccer: Strong start for Balcatta, loss for Stirling in NPLWA

Laura PondStirling Times

BALCATTA has started the National Premier Leagues WA 2019 competition with a 4-0 win.

The team hosted Rockingham City at Grindleford Reserve on Saturday, scoring three goals in seven minutes either side of half-time, followed by a fourth from Shubham Mokala.

Things were not as good for Stirling Lions, with a poor finish against Armadale at home, going down 2-0.
