Despite some early Hawks partnerships on day two, the Gulls always had the fixture under control, eventually bowling the gallant visiting side out for 339.

Scarborough had amassed a huge score of 8-396 on the first day last week and that was always going to be a tall order for the struggling Mount Lawley.

With the Abbett Park deck becoming easy to bat on, the hosts turned to spin, with skipper Wes Robinson outstanding for the Gulls with 4-70.
