WACA Premier Cricket: Scarborough runs rampant against hapless Mt Lawley

A RAMPANT Scarborough batted a hapless Mt Lawley out of the game at Abbett Park, scoring close to 400 in a day to finish in an unassailable position.

The Gulls posted 8-396 at the end of their 90 overs in their Round Six clash in Premier Cricket on Saturday, with some key performers doing the damage.

Andy Cameron continued his fine form with 81, while Jeremy Boyle always looked in control with 91 from 125 balls.

Liam Knight hit 61, before Andrew Tye lit up the last session to hammer 59 from 37 balls, including four massive sixes for the Gulls.

A win for Scarborough would likely push them into the top six with many results going their way over the weekend.
