MUCHEA Industrial Park’s investment prospectus was launched in Lower Chittering this month.

Pearce MHR Christian Porter launched the prospectus, which received Federal funding through the Building Better Regions Fund, at Nesci Winery Estate on February 8.

It aims to strengthen strategic planning for the industrial area in the Shire of Chittering, which is expected to become one of WA’s largest and key industrial sites.

Once completed, the Muchea Industrial Park is expected to create major investment opportunities for the surrounding region, attracting freight and logistic operators, importers, exporters and manufacturers.

“This key industrial development will drive economic growth in the area, encourage job creation, increase connectivity and make the region a more attractive place to work and live,” Mr Porter said.
