Owner Adam Barnard said he succeeded in business because he knew his weaknesses and found people smarter than him at certain things.

“The Sir David Brand Award is the highest honour in the state for our industry and it hasn’t come without dedication and sacrifice from many people,” Mr Barnard said.

ADAMS manager John Weatherhead said the company had become part of the Rottnest business community since starting on the Island a year ago.

“Everyone who works here feels privileged and loves it,” he said.
