The award category recognises the successful combination of play value and accessibility, delivered in a secure environment.
Mayor Charlie Zannino said to win this prestigious national award was a great achievement but that the community was the real winner.

‘By delivering the best services and facilities into our communities, the City remains committed to promoting a high quality of life for its residents.’
The Woodbridge Riverside Regional Park was the winner of the Western Australian PLA Play Space Award earlier this year.
