POLICE have charged a 52-year-old Ballajura woman in relation to the death of a man struck by a vehicle in Bennett Springs last month.
The 21-year-old Bennett Springs man was critically injured on Marshall Road near Lord Street about 8.05pm on July 19 and died later at St John of God Midland Public Hospital.
The woman has been charged with failing to report a traffic accident and wilfully misleading police.
