CAVERSHAM’S Maison St-Honore is giving people the chance to be a French pastry chef for one night and take part in the Magnifique Macaron Masterclass.
The masterclass, which is part of Entwined in the Valley, will include a high tea with French champagne and a special take-home hamper of the macarons created during the class.
Owner Alexandre Lui Van-Sheng said it was the first time the patisserie had taken part in the festival after only opening last year.
