City of Swan Ellenbrook Ward councillor keen to hear community feedback on Ellenbrook Local Area Plan

Montana ArdonThe Advocate

CITY of Swan councillor Cate McCullough has invited residents of Ellenbrook, Aveley, The Vines and parts of Henley Brook to take part in two community consultation workshops next week, which will help form the Ellenbrook Local Area Plan.

The Ellenbrook Ward councillor said it was important she met with residents to discuss any concerns or thoughts they may have that relate to community interests, future planning and maintenance suggestions.

“I get many calls and emails from residents who really value what is happening in our community,” Cr McCullough said.

“I always take the time to actually meet with them to understand what they are talking about and get a visual of the area they are referring to.

“It’s so good having these chats and so much more comes out of these conversations than just the initial idea, concern or thought.”

The sessions will be held on Tuesday, November 15 from 6.45pm -9pm and Wednesday, November 16 from 12.45pm-3pm at the Ellenbrook Sport Hub, 107 Verbana Drive, Aveley.
