A 33-year-old Maylands man died when his motorbike hit a tree on Mayo Road in Gidgegannup about noon.
Just after 10pm, a hatchback and ute collided on Great Northern Highway in Bullsbrook, killing a 29-year-old woman.
Police are investigating both accidents.
