Montana ArdonThe Advocate

A 44-year-old man who allegedly blew more than twice the legal blood alcohol limit has been hit with multiple charges after he was caught riding on a lawnmower in Bennett Springs.

Traffic Enforcement Group officers were on patrol about 3.15pm on Sunday when they observed a male on a ride-on lawnmower travelling along a footpath on Beechboro Road.

Police said the lawnmower was not capable of being registered and was not suitable to be ridden on the road.
