Ellenbrook and Henley Brook cycling infrastructure set for a boost

Lisa ThomasThe Advocate

CYCLING infrastructure in Ellenbrook and Henley Brook will be developed under a $3.5 million project to improve Western Australia’s bicycle network.

The grant will be delivered across two years and will include the development of a 1km, 2.5m wide recreational path on West Swan Road, between Gnangara Road and Saunders Street, and a shared path along Gnangara Road, between West Swan Road and Henley Brook Avenue.

Transport Minister Dean Nalder said the investment would see the creation of 15km of shared paths around WA, which would separate cyclists from motorists.
