Ellenbrook broker Brett Richardson named best in customer service in the WA industry

ELLENBROOK broker Brett Richardson was named best in customer service recently at the WA Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia Excellence Awards.

The long-time broker is the principal of Loan Market Ellenbrook and credited the local community with his win.

“Winning this award is only possible through the support and loyalty of the Ellenbrook community,” he said.

“We are so pleased that we’ve been able to help so many people achieve their financial goals.

“The opportunity to help our community is why we come to work every day.

“Being recognised at this level shows that we’re meeting the expectations of our community.

“It was a very unexpected to win, and we’re very humbled.”

Mr Richardson has created a culture of customer service within his business, and said his strategy was simple: to communicate.

“For me, good communication is the key to excellent customer service,” he said

“We have a responsibility to look after our clients, to make sure they are well informed and confident throughout the whole loan process.

“Without two-way communication, we can’t properly meet the needs of our customers.

“Our team works hard to provide a consistent and high level of customer service and this award is testament to that.”

Mr Richardson goes into the pool to take out the association’s national customer service title in July.
