Ellenbrook Central workshops help youth into jobs

The training, which is in partnership with national employment service provider Max Solutions, is for people aged 15 to 20.

The workshops, which will run for four days, will guide participants on how to put together a resume, market themselves and to be confident in job interview.

Centre manager Puneesh Kapoor said the workshops had been made possible by a grant from Vicinity Centres.

“With retail being one of the industries that provides a significant number of employment opportunities locally, we believe this training will help young people put their best foot forward and assist in their future careers in retail,” she said.

The free sessions will run until July 19.
