Ellenbrook Police Station open day a chance to engage with community

Lisa ThomasThe Advocate

ELLENBROOK Police Station will open its doors to the public this weekend to engage with the community.

Police will be mingling with the public, holding police dog demonstrations and have police vehicles and the police pipe band on show.

Officer-in-charge Wal Brierly said the open day was a good opportunity for locals to meet the police who were out there helping the community.

“People can meet the local police, see the custody holding area and have their photo taken in a police car,” he said.
