TWO men faced Midland Magistrates Court this morning charged with the murder of 37-year-old Ellenbrook man Diego Hulton.
Aaron Raimondi (32) from Balga appeared via video link from Hakea Prison on one count of murder after having his charges upgraded from assault occasioning bodily harm.
Jordan Clarke (22) from Coolbinia appeared in court on one count of murder after being arrested yesterday in relation to the death.
The men allegedly assaulted Mr Hulton outside the Brook Bar and Bistro in Ellenbrook on February 3.

READ NOWMr Hulton was found outside the restaurant about 10.30pm that night with serious head injuries and died four days later in Royal Perth Hospital on February 7.
It is believed Mr Hulton was helping break up a fight at the time of the alleged assault.
Both men did not make a plea and were remanded to reappear at Stirling Gardens Magistrate Court tomorrow.
