God is in the radio: Ellenbrook’s Faith FM hits the airwaves

ELLENBROOK’s newest public radio station is broadcasting around the clock with the call sign Faith FM.

The station operates at 88 MHz on the FM band frequency vacated by Ellenbrook Community Radio, now known as Valley Comes Alive with 88.5FM.

Perth radio enthusiast and licence owner Philip Smith said he manages a similar low-power FM radio licence from his home in Thornlie.

“This new station is operating as a relay station for Faith FM, a Christian radio network affiliated with 3ABN Australia,” he said.
