Students at Aveley’s Swan Valley Anglican School celebrated by bringing in food that reflected their cultural background.
They also wore clothes that reflected their background, brightening up the school with colour and diversity.
The highlight of the day was the spelling of the word ‘harmony’ by students from years 1 to 12.

St Helena’s Catholic Primary School in Ellenbrook celebrated Harmony Day with activities such as cooking food from around the world, Aboriginal painting and other cultural art and craft activities.
Students at the school also dressed up to represent their background.
Ellenbrook Primary School celebrated the day on Wednesday, with students putting on a dancing display as well as other activities.
