Help celebrate Muresk’s 90th birthday in October

Montana ArdonThe Advocate

Formerly known as Muresk Agricultural College, the Northam facility opened its doors on October 30, 1926.

From day one, the leading agricultural school took a different direction, training farm managers at a time when the general trend in Australia was on training agricultural technologists.

To celebrate the Institute’s many achievements in delivering industry-focused tertiary agribusiness education, former Muresk students, staff and supporters are invited back to celebrate the milestone on October 30.

The family-friendly day will include activities such as farm and campus tours, memories shared by former students and staff, demonstrations of new agricultural technologies, family entertainment and displays by Muresk training providers.
