Herne Hill to be home of Swan Valley’s newest winery

HERNE Hill will soon be home to the Swan Valley’s newest winery, restaurant and chocolate factory.

The City of Swan passed Jarrah Holding’s application for a “winery”, “restaurant” and “food and beverage production” at No. 651 Great Northern Highway site earlier this month.

An artist’s impression of the property depicts an open plan restaurant with capacity for up to 168 patrons, with glass windows and wooden finishings, as well as a chocolate factory and cellar door.

An opening date is not yet known, but the facility will operate Monday to Thursday 10am – 4pm and Friday to Sunday 10am – 5pm.
