About 10.30am a 32-year-old man was assaulted at an address on Pine Grove Drive.
During the assault, the victim was stabbed in his arms and abdomen, which required medical treatment.
A 31-year-old man from Ballajura has already been charged.

However, a second man has not been identified.
The man is described as being dark-skinned and about 20 to 25 years old.
