Lions Club of Ellenbrook prepares to host Aveley Carols by Candlelight

THE Lions Club of Ellenbrook will bring a festive atmosphere to Aveley next month with the annual Carols by Candlelight.

The club will host the event at the Aveley playing fields on Saturday, December 1 from 5.30pm to 9pm.

Early entertainment and activities will include food trucks, the Lion’s train, face painting, bouncy castles and bubbles before the carol singing starts with performances from schools, soloists, choirs and dance groups.

Families can bring picnic blankets or low back chairs to join in the Christmas festivities, which will include a visit by Santa.

Tribute act Pink’ED will be the MC and there will be song books, candles and raffle tickets for sale to support community groups.
