A CAR allegedly stolen from a home burglary in Ellenbrook was recovered after a police chase yesterday afternoon.
Just after 4pm in Embleton, the Bayswater Local Policing Team attempted to stop a white sedan.
It is alleged that as the driver tried to evade police, the vehicle collided with a curb, causing the front driver’s side tyre to come off.
The vehicle continued to be driven before the damage caused it to come to a stop on Evans Street in Bayswater.
A 21-year-old man from Noranda was taken into custody.
Police allege the car was being used to conduct more burglaries across Central and North West Metro Districts, and will continue to investigate.
Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers on 1300 555 100.
