MANDOON Estate will hold its Longest Table Lunch next month as part of Entwined in the Valley.

This year’s event is expected to be an intimate affair overlooking the Swan River and the grounds of the estate, while dining with Mandoon Estate wine maker Ryan Sudano and executive chef Michael Hartnell.

Hospitality manager Gavin Fyffe said this year was all about the sharing of food and having people enjoy lunch in picturesque outdoor environment.

“It’s all about brining people together, sharing some amazing food and wine and enjoying the outdoors, while overlooking the Swan River,” he said.

“We wanted to do something special for Entwined and have guests sit with the executive chef and wine maker.

“We’ve previously done a degustation menu, but this year will be more about sharing – more like a feast.”

He said the event was a great way to encourage people into the Swan Valley.

“The event really showcases the region and bringing people into the Swan Valley,” he said.

“The Swan Valley is Australia’s first humane food region and it’s great to be able to provide great produce and show where the produce comes from before it gets on their plate.”

Mandoon Estate Longest Table Lunch will be held at Mandoon Estate on October 15 from 12 noon to 3pm.

Tickets are $140 per person and can be purchased from www.entwinedinthevalley.com.au.
